I Have Not Received My Email With The Link To My Vouchers

Check your inbox for a message from redeem@loveofyourlocal.com.au also check your spam and junk folders in case it may have been caught there. Alternatively, double check you have also provided a correct email address on your order.

Having trouble redeeming your beer vouchers?

I keep getting an error entering the wallet and cannot see my vouchers

Vouchers cannot be seen using a private/incognito browser session. Please use a non-private browser session or try with an alternative browser e.g. Chrome or Safari.

I can’t capture the QR code as my camera settings update won’t work

Please screenshot what appears on your screen and provide us with your Phone model and browser so we can investigate and resolve this issue for you.

I don’t have/can’t use my mobile phone to redeem my voucher

Have a chat to your venue, most are willing to help their loyal patrons. You can send on the email and we can also help you with your redemption.

My vouchers in my wallet have disappeared

Try doing a full reset by going to the 3 dots in the top right of your wallet, pull down the menu and select logout. Close down all your browser sessions and cached session. Restart the process by accessing your email, clicking the button and opening your wallet by entering your email and your password. This should reveal your vouchers.

Will Carlton & United Breweries really match my pre-purchased beer with an additional beer donated to the venue for me to enjoy when my local re-opens?

Fair dinkum! We are serious about supporting your local pub and Aussie pub culture, so we will donate a pint to your local.  Simply find your participating local venue at https://loveofyourlocal.com.au and pre-pay for a beer. You’ll then be sent your voucher with instructions on how to redeem. Make sure you get in quick as we’re aiming to donate up to $2 million worth of kegs.

How do I receive my second pint?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after purchasing from https://loveofyourlocal.com.au/.  Soon after, we will then send you a follow up email with voucher details and instructions on how to redeem.

How will pint vouchers be delivered?

Pint vouchers will be delivered virtually to your inbox. With your order confirmed, we will send you an email with your voucher alongside step-by-step instructions on how to redeem. You can also check out this page for more information on voucher redemption.

When will pint vouchers be issued?

Your voucher will be issued within 24 hours of purchase, alongside step-by-step instructions on how to redeem at your local.

When does the campaign end?

This campaign will run until we raise $2M for our local pubs and clubs, so get in quick to support your local.

Will I be able to use the pint vouchers anywhere?

The pint vouchers will be unique to the venue where you pre-purchased a beer from. So if you love two locals, make sure you pre-purchase a pint from each of them!

How will the venue validate the pint voucher?

When you head to your local with your pre-purchased voucher, please let the staff member know that you wish to redeem your "Love of your Local Voucher". They will then walk you through exactly what you need to do using their very own unique QR code. This will ensure your voucher is validated and redeemed smoothly.

How long are the pint vouchers valid for?

Pint vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. After three years, the vouchers expire and you will not be able to exchange them for a beer.

What happens if I donate to my venue and it closes its doors permanently?

Your pre-purchased voucher is a donation to your local at a time when they’re doing it tough. If your pub doesn’t reopen, they will keep your donation.

Will I be able to get a refund?

Buying a voucher is a donation to your local at a time when they’re doing it tough. If your pub doesn’t reopen, you will not be able to claim any refund.

Are there any other restrictions on ordering?

You are entitled to purchase up to $500 (VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS, SA, WA) or $100 (QLD) worth of beer but remember purchases can only be made in pint increments so be sure to check the price of your pint. Orders over $500 (VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS, SA, WA) or $100 (QLD) will be rejected. You may redeem no more than 4 pints in any one sitting if ordering alone, or no more than 4 pints per person per sitting if you are ordering on behalf of a group. You may place multiple orders but the cumulative value of all orders must not exceed $500 (VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS, SA, WA) or $100 (QLD).
